I would like to hear from anyone out there with advice, suggestions, web
sites, etc. about volunteer recruitment and training.  I am currently
very low on docents for The Haas-Lilienthal House, an 1886 Queen Anne
Victorian house museum in San Francisco, and need to recruit and keep!
However, all my attempts have been unsuccessful.
