Well this is not exactly the same thing, but at Colonial Williamsburg
this year, one of our Electronic Field Trips was on science. This is not
actually at the museum, but an outreach program using films and live
segments broadcast by satelite from the museum.

The program was The Pursuit of Science, and it was a mixture of
scientific history and science itself. I havfe done similiar things with
math and science before, though usually it did still have a historic
element. Having children "chainmen" doing figures in an 18th century
surveyiong program would be an example.
