I've done scads of presentations with PowerPoint. The advantages to Powerpoint
is that most places have it as it's a part of the MS Office Suite. You can copy
and paste graphics into there and make neat little slide presentations with
them, complete with captions. The trick is that sooner or later, you have to
convert your images to digital format, which will take a while no matter what
you do. Once you have them, you can burn them all to CD and use them as you
want to, just like other slides.
