Discover London Trails:

http://www.london.gov.uk/discoverlondon/

The 'Discover London' trails experience is an initiative by The Mayor's
Office and Campaign for Museums during the nationwide Museums &
Galleries Month event.

The 11 trails span broad fields of interest - from botany and biology,
to the Victorians, to current immigration issues, the origins of the
first English dictionary to contemporary art proving that London's
unique quality lies in the unrivalled choice available.

These trails showcase London from past to present through exciting areas
of the Capital which you perhaps haven't ventured yet. The idea is to
create accessible routes for everybody who wants to relish exploring and
rediscovering London this Spring with alternative direction and perspective.

Audio Tours:

The download tours will be online from Friday 27th May following the
launch of the Discover London trails by BBC gardener Diarmuid Gavin at
the Chelsea Physic Garden. The free audio tours and corresponding trail
maps will remain available to download for two months.

Antenna Audio has produced two free download audio tours of London’s
historic gardens and literary house museums as part of the ‘Discover
London’ trails experience. Londoners and the capital’s cultural tourists
alike will be able to listen to these audio tours on their own MP3
players such as iPods, PDAs, Smartphones or computers after downloading
them, free of charge, from any of the following websites:
www.antennaaudio.com/discoverlondon,
www.thegallerychannel.com/discoverlondon, www.mgm.org.uk,
www.24hourmuseum.org.uk, www.london.gov.uk, www.visitlondon.com,
www.visitbritain.com, and the websites of participating visitor attractions.
