During the recent years, Vistor Studies has become a very popular field
thanks, amongst others, to the annual confereces sponsored intially by the
Centre for Social Design and later by the Visitor Sutudies Association. When is
that the term "Visitor Studies" came into picture? Any one out there please let
me know when and how the term "Visitor Studies" started embracing what were
earlier called Visitor Surveys and Evaluations.
Is it after the formation of the International Laboratory for Visitor Studies?
What happened to that?

Thanks in advance.
