Check out USA Light and Electric (I think their internet address is: usalightelectric.com). The low voltage lighting that they sell is bulletproof, economical, easy to work with, and attractive. I've used it in several office and exhibit lighting projects, and have been very pleased with the results.

Hi Museum Friends
We are planning to replace track lighting in our art gallery, does anyone
have any suggestions for us?  I checked the MuseumL archives and there
wasn't anything helpful there, much to my surprise.
