Mr. Nathaniel Moone, a teacher at Anacostia High School in Washington,
conducted an honors program on local and neighborhood history a few years
ago.  This included a section for students to do oral history interviews.  If
you can reach him at the high school (sorry, I don't have his number and
don't know if he's still there), perhaps he could offer some advice.
