Dear museum list,

Many years ago, one of our volunteers attached many original
photographs to cardboard with double-sided tape. I want to get them
off and scan them and get them out of the light, but I'm afraid of
damaging them. They're really stuck. Any suggestions for solvents or
techniques for removing these photos? They're taped on both side of
the cardboard, so I can't cut them off the poster, either.

Thanks for your help.
