The kid is probably fine, it's the parents that need some training.

Wow, would you like to trade kids? My son is 5 and and the only movies he
ever sat still for were Spiderman and Finding Nemo.
Fine restaurants are out of the question, unless you can call the kid
friendly TGIF fine dining, and as far as museums go, if it were up to him
he'd have the dinosaurs in the Museum Of Natural History give him a ride!!
