Manager of Teacher Resources

The MIA seeks a person to head the Teacher Resources department, managing programs and teacher services that support the MIA's educational objectives.  These include workshops for educators, printed and on-line curriculum materials and constructive relationships with schools.  Manage teams to establish priorities and long-range plans for department; supervise staff.  Requirements include:  Masters degree in art education with at least 12 graduate credits in art history, or Masters degree in art history with at least 16 credits in education; current MN Teacher Certificate; demonstration of successful curriculum writing; teaching experience; some management experience.  Full time, may include some Saturdays and Thursday evenings.  To apply, send a cover letter and resume.
