The Oregon Historical Society is mounting an exhibit of native American
baskets.  For a graphic element in the exhibit we are looking for a
travel poster, c. 1890 to any of the following regions: Southwest US,
Alaska, Seattle, Northwest US.  The imagery should show a native American
motif, art, basketry, pottery etc.



We would be interested in borrowing the poster if possible.  Or paying
for a reproduction of it.  The use of the poster would only be in the
exhibit.  The exhibit opens the end of March 96.
