My reliable USGS source says there are two models that might fit your
needs, with some modifications. The first is a stream
table that varies in size, but is generally 4 feet by 6 feet and mounted on
a portable trailer. The stream table has a water source that provides a
flow of water through pulverized plastic. It demonstrates stream dynamics
and erosion. The other model is a groundwater flow model that illustrates
the differing geologic deposits at depth, how a well works and movement
of water and/or contaminants to a well.

I couldn't find a web site that showed the stream table. There are a few
here in Iowa. One is located at Springbrook Education Center near
Guthrie Center.

http://www.uwsp.edu/stuorg/awra/h2omodel.html - is just one example of
a groundwater flow model (I'm sure there are a few commercial outlets for
them)
