David is right that we haven't discussed the issue of the safe's
micro-climate in regards to the items stored within a safe. I was thinking
about this and I couldn't come up with any type of object that couldn't be
safe if the temperature and humidity were controlled with in the safe.

Part of the problem with this question is that no two safes are exactly
alike. My suggestion would be to monitor the conditions of the safe
(temperature and humidity when it's locked) before I began to store anything
in it. The only other factor that I can think of that might be a problem is
the lack of fresh air, but if the temperature and humidity of the space is
controlled I don't think that would be a problem.

If anyone knows of a situation where air flow would be a problem, please let
me know I'd be glad to hear of it.

Thanks
Tracie
