We conducted an evaluation of the Micro Gallery at the National Gallery in
London, a large-scale multimedia facility which we helped to produce,
using a survey of visitors. The full report including sample
questionnaire and analysis can be found at
<http://www.cogapp.com/home/VisitorSurvey.html>. The methodology, using a
very short questionnaire combining multiple choice and open-ended
questions, seemed to work well. Questions investigated practical issues -
'what will you do after using the system' as well as attitudes 'did you
find the system easy to use'.
