"Levenger" is a mail order firm which bills itself as offering "Tools for
Serious Readers." It is not a purveyor of pens alone, but sells all manner
of leather goods, furniture, and other items related to reading and
writing. However, they do offer an interesting selection of pens,
especially fountain pens. At their store in Delray Beach, Florida they also
present a small historical exhibit related to writing. Once you're on their
mailing list, you'll receive a catalogue every month or so. ( And the
catalogue has more in it than the web site.) Whether Levenger can help you
with your research is another question. The owners seem to have a passion
for writing implements, so perhaps an inquiry directed to them would be
more productive than a perusal of their catalogue.
The owners are Steve & Lori Leveen.
Their address is: Levenger / 420 S. Congress Avenue / Delray Beach, FL
33445-4696
Their web site is at: http://www.levenger.com
The catalogue is at: 1 (800)544-0880
