Lee,

If those graphics are made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) they will never
stop offgassing for tens of years or more.

I ran into similar stuff ten year ago (marketed as "repositionable" ?)
- it should never really be used in close proximity to historical and
artistic objects - especially in closed casework. Any media that is
sensitive to chlorides and to the potential evolution of acid should
not be exposed to this material.
