We want (need!) to professionalize the art handler positions here at the
museum.  Current staff, who are attached to a labor union, also function as
General Service Attendants.  They set up tables and chairs for events, clean
galleries, deliver packages, replace lightbulbs, etc., in addition to
unpacking and hanging artworks . . . not an optimal situation.  I'd
sincerely appreciate receiving copies of current Art Handler and/or Museum
Technician job descriptions from other institutions.  Thank you!
