We are beginning the budget building process for our next fiscal year.
I am trying to make a case for expanding our web site to include an
education section; lesson plans, maybe an informal discussion group,
etc.


My questions: What is the ratio between teacher packets sent out by mail
to education information downloaded from the Internet? Have you seen a
drop in requests for teacher materials since launching your web sites?
Do you see web site interaction growing?
