Hello all,

Quick question: My mother recently received a gift of a poem written in ink
on a piece of tree bark. Does anyone have any suggestions on what she
could use to preserve the bark without dissolving the ink? I don't
remember the type of tree off hand, but it was from a tree near the border
of Minnesota and Canada, if that helps at all. It doesn't have to last
forever, but a good 20-30 years or so would be nice. Thanks for any help
in advance, sorry for cross-postings. Adrienne Marrah-Program Assistant
