I wanted to join in on this one, but just thought it'd be stupid to
address someone who would write such a thoughtless remark.  For this type
of position, a Bacherors requirement, at lower to mid 40's, even in New
York, it's good pay.  Haven't you been reading the salaries thread?
Heck, some of us might even apply.
