Might I make a suggestion for making all this stuff a little less confusing?
 
When replying to a question or a message, please include the previous mail,
or give a summary of the question or item to which you are responding.  This
would make it so much easier to figure out what the item actuallly concerns.
So often I get a rash of ambiguous mail, and I'd like to be able to figure
out what they are talking about!
