Hello, Cecelia -

The New Jersey Geological Survey has a portable groundwater model they
have demonstrated here at various times. It looks like the kind of
model that could be installed with some modification into a "permanent"
exhibit module. They had a staff member who added liquid to
demonstrate the effect of well withdrawals and topography on the ground
water table. I don't see why that idea couldn't be modified to take
place automatically (on a timer).

I believe Steve Johnson, a geologist with the Survey, built it. He can
be contacted at:

Good luck with your project.
