Ouch.  20% every year!!  Not here, anyway.  I am pleased to say that our
"big shots" get the same percentage raises as everyone else, small as they
are.  They just started out higher.

Dressing often isn't the problem...it's "would you mind working weekends,
evenings, holidays, special events...and by the way, pay for the babysitter
yourself, assuming you can find one."  That's what hurts the pocketbook for me.
