Greetings, I've been subscribed to the list serve for
some time, and was wondering whether those of you
working in the field (most, it would appear) have any
suggestions about recommended courses of study for a
career path leading to museum work with a special
emphasis in contemporary art and exhibition
management/marketing. The programs I'm currently
looking at are the Sotheby's MA in Contemporary Art in
London, the NYU prog. in vis. arts administraion, and
the Carnegie Mellon prog. in arts admin. I was hoping
for insight as to the feelings professionals have
about these institutions, as well as the courses of
study. Thanks so much- I'm looking forward to your responses!!
