I used AuthorPoint Lite (free open-source software). The program attaches to 
your PowerPoint program as an extension. There are some limitations (no 
video, some sound quality issues) but otherwise seems to do the trick. The 
files are kept on the authorStream server where you can keep them private if 
you like. Still playing with it but it allowed us to get a "virtual exhibit" up 
pretty quickly.
