Ask the AAM for model plans, too. They were very helpful.

Good Afternoon Marilyn,
Our Strategic Plan is on our museum system's website. The museum system
contains several facilities (a regional natural/cultural history museum,
an IMAX theater, a planetarium, a nature center, 2 historical house
museums, and a fossil site/research center).... so it addresses small,
medium, and large facilities -- with a variety of staffing levels.

Subject: Strategic Plans

I am in the midst of writing a strategic plan for our organization - a
national historic site, large site in terms of size, small staff. Can
anyone
recommend a plan that was completed by an organization that they thought
was
good or point me in the right direction for resources or organizations
that
have recently completed one.
Thanking you in advanae
Marilynn
