I must agree -- content and organization is key to a successful Web
site of any size.  It starts with an understanding of the potential
or target audience and designing a way for the audience to get the
information. The tools for building Web sites have made it easier to
produce professional looking sites, similar to the way desktop
publishing programs changed the dynamics of creating professional
looking documents a few years ago.  No matter how good something
looks, if the content is of poor quality and hard to find, then all
the quality tools cannot help you.
