Yes, I've been wondering about that myself since I grew up northwind of
the Hanford Plant and Narcissa Whitman's final resting place...(that
explains a lot).

From New York City the claim seems somewhat, uh, stretching the law. And
I usually back the tribal decisions. Does anyone have info on the legal
aspect of this? Or, for those who don't know what we're talking about,
details?
