There are huge books listing thousands of foundations that make grants. You may find these in a library research section.  I have written and received four grants in the past year (from $800 to $100,000).  One included the ultimate in computer equipment, scanners, printer, and a
coppier with all the attachments..  I suggest two rules for grant writing. (1) write for the reader,  (2) sprinkle your application with three key words: children, education, and community.  Remember too, it is their job to give you money.
