Our museum just finished placing catalogue information into PastPerfect. A
lot of clean-up needs to be done and pictures added however we are anxious
to provide access to the information. (We do have the Virtual Exhibit
component to the software.) We have set up security blocks but have noticed
loop holes. While we plan to contact tech services we wanted to know how
other museums with this software have provided access to the database? Do
you allow remote access? What information is blocked?

We are a part of a college and would like to link somehow to the college
library catalogue. For instance if students searched for "Martin" a line
listing the museum or painting would come up.

Thank you.
