Dear Everyone,

Some of you may remember that John Chadwick, of Chadwick Web Services, introduced his new tour reservation software to this group about three weeks ago. John is now working with AltaMira Press, the publishers of PastPerfect Museum Software, to fine- tune his software for production
next year. Tentatively called "Tour ME," the software will combine information on tour reservations for multiple venues, facilities rentals, docent and staffing needs, school groups, contact addresses and billing address into a relational database. The program will allow museum
staff to print daily, weekly, and month reports.

A beta- testing version of "Tour-ME" will be available around Thanksgiving of this year, and we hope to see how the program works in real museum settings. Would you be willing to let us know what you need from a tour reservation software? If so, please contact me at

Thanks,

Katie Wadell
