        Our 86,000 sq. ft. facility was built 12 years ago. Our loading dock is
located inside the building and can accommodate an entire semi-tractor
trailer truck so that the building's exterior doors can be closed behind it
before unloading.  This has proven invaluable, not only for security and
inclement weather, but the truck can acclimatize to the temperature and
humidity of our building before artwork and crates are removed to the vault.

We are trying to determine the need for semi-truck access to our 52,000 sq.
ft. facility being planned. Do you have semi-truck access? How often is it
used? If you don't have it, do you wish you did? Do you have dock high
access or require trucks with lift gates?
