After I posted the other tools, it came to me that
perhaps I have one other in my bag of tricks that
could be of benefit.

I'm a reunited birthmother, having found the son I
relinquished to adoption in 1970 in 1997.  After my
journey through the system, I wrote an adoption search
primer that contains the names of some quality
searchers.  Albeit they specialize in adoption.
However, they may be able to help you find someone if
you're really stuck (their fees are usually quite
reasonable).

If I've stricken a note of curiousity in some, the
reunion is a happy one, and I was blessed to be well
received by my son, his adoptive family, and the
unbeknownst gift of grandchildren!

I don't know that "they lived happily ever after"
