Hello, Now I know there is some one from the Pink Palace on this list...but
I have family from the area and thought I could answer. I absolutely love
the zoo, please visit the rhino's for me. (The Memphis zoo has the most
prolific rhino's in any zoo that I've heard of) The Pink Palace is
wonderful and they even have a planetarium and an IMAX theater.
(underground if my memory serves me correctly.) I really had a blast at
Graceland. (You just missed the celebration for his death in the middle of
August). One time there was a exhibit of the Titanic at the Pyramid, but I
don't know the schedule of events. There is also Mud Island (I think, if not
it is mud city...but that doesn't sound right) which has a complete
topographical model of the Mississippi River and a confederate museum. I
know there are other art museums...but I have only been to the few listed
above. Good luck and enjoy Memphis. Make sure to have some BBQ ribs while
you are there!

Marielle
