Historic Deerfield seeks an Assistant or Associate Curator of Textiles to
oversee care, conservation, research, exhibition, and publication of
American, British, and European textiles, needlework, and clothing, 17th to
mid 19th centuries.  Advanced knowledge of historical significance, care,
and presentation of textiles; excellent writing and lecturing skills
required.  M.A. degree in history, art history, material culture, or museum
studies; three years of museum experience required.  Salary and title
commensurate with experience.  Submit letter with resume, references and
