I do not have anything directly pertinent (ie, an existing business plan for
a specific museum) but I did want to throw out something that is more
generally useful.  I am very impressed by Thomas Wolf's _Managing a
Nonprofit Organization in the Twenty-first Century_.  It has sample
situations, forms, charts, etc.  I think that it is a wonderful
reference...but I'm also not a manager for a nonprofit organization, so I
can't speak from direct experience (though I have received high praise for
it from people who *are* managers of historical organizations).
