Our experience working with PastPerfect on behalf of one of our clients has
been good overall. I can speak directly to the responsiveness of the company
in helping us to solve the issues we had. When I called, they were
knowledgeable, and they also responded with email followup quite quickly.
They also will write custom reports for very reasonable fees, which you
won't get from the really big vendors.
