     review and evaluation of funding applications from museums, written
     reviews, programmatic and fiscal analysis, professional advice to
     applicants and development of special initiatives.  Minimum
     qualifications include a four year degree and at least one year
     experience in museum field; or advanced degree with some museum
     experience.  Annual base salsry is $33,555-$41,764, commensurate with
