I'm sorry if I don't have the specific information at hand, but as a
parent of young children I get lots of catalogs with Fake food in them.
So ask a colleague or check out some children's toy and educational
supplies catalogs.  Childcraft is one I think. . .  you might call up a
local toystore for ideas.  Good luck.  Maybe someone can be more specific
than I can.
