Well,

First, why are they leaking?  Is it a slow leak?  If so, it may be due to 
inefficient seal with a rim or other contact surface.

Or, you may need new valves, as these leak as well if not new.

If the tires are mounted on rims for tubeless application, you *can* 
install tubes to keep the seal, but do not use this configuration under 
speed or loading circumstances (for looks/demo only).  If the original 
fitment requires tubes, install new ones.

Please do not be tempted to use one of the many chemical sealants out 
there.  They are messy, and some pose a fire hazard.
