Just a quick correction on info in Greg Scheib's post of this afternoon:
El Pinto is at 10500 4th St., N.W., north of Alameda (not on 12th St.).
Monroe's has two locations: 1520 Lomas, NW and 6021 Osuna, NE.
If you want, however, IMHO, the best red sauce in town, go to the Barelas
Coffee House, 1502 4th SW (that should pry out some comments from other
afficionados). If you're interested in food that's *not* nuevo mexicano,
just ask...we've got lots of other stuff here...
