We are looking to fill two major financial positions for a renowned New York
City art gallery client. 

For position of Controller, the successful applicant will be responsible for
all financial, accounting and business analysis processes for the company.
Duties include providing analytical support to strategic planning; budgeting
and forecasting; overseeing the sales process and determining metrics to
evaluate performance and inform decision making; overseeing all aspects of
human resources, including performance-based management, benefits,
maintaining employee files and yearly performance files; other duties as
necessary.  Excellent communications and organizational skills essential.
BS or MBA in Finance, Accounting or Business Management and 8-10 years as a
Controller or CFO in an arts business required. 

For the position of Finance Manager, the successful applicant will assist
with all aspects of sales and customer service, pricing strategies finance
functions and product and service offering. Duties include planning and
budgeting the gallery's schedule of art fairs; establishing financial goals
for exhibitions and other programs; evaluate the financial outcome of same;
calculate prices, productions costs, maximum disbursements and overhead;
establish an annual budget in May and revise again in December; draft policy
regarding commissions; manage cash flow on a daily basis; regulate travel,
office and other related expenditures; other duties as necessary. Excellent
communications, interpersonal and organizational skills essential.  BS or
MBA in Finance, Accounting or Business Management and 6-8 years as a Finance
Manager in an arts business required.
