I'm surprised you let your exhibitions evaluate your staff--usually
it's the other way around  :-^
We use a Critical Appraisal form modelled after that of Bitgood and
Shettel. It lets some staff give their opinions as to how well parts
of the exhibit are working. For "venting"  we have a Post-mortem form
(that was too much work to fill out), and a new debriefing process.
