POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Exhibit Developer
Liberty Science Center, Jersey City, NJ

Liberty Science Center, located across the river from lower Manhattan, is
one of the nationšs leading science museums and focused on the environment,
human health and human invention.  Work is beginning for a major exhibit
expansion and renewal project in our experience-based center, which opened
in 1993.  This revitalization will help ensure that LSC continues to be a
leader in experiential, inquiry-based informal science education. Due to
this rapid growth, LSC is seeking a creative, dynamic and innovative team
member to join us as Exhibit Developer.

The Exhibit Developer will be responsible for content and presentation
development of new exhibitions, exhibit themes and topic areas.

Responsibilities include research, evaluation, writing, and exhibit
prototyping.  Requirements include a minimum of 4 years experience in
exhibit development, exhibit evaluation or research, and knowledge of the
scientific or technological field(s) of ecology, biology, medicine,
engineering, or physical science.
