Hi Elizabeth,

In response to your question, I believe that the Royal Ontario Museum in
Toronto offers programs to Pre-K and Kindergarden.  I will be starting a
thesis on a similar topic next year and would love to get some imput from
you.  I know that early childhood is a really hot topic right now in museums
and people are very interested in developing program geered towards that age
group.
