     LOL!  I have this image of you using a (trash)
     compactor on your archeological collections.  My
     graduate professor in archeology used to suggest he was
     going to run oddball sherds through a blender.

     On the topic, in December 1997 we installed a fairly
     large system of compacting shelving to hold our
     archeological collections.  It works fine.  We bid this
     project out competitively, and selected Space Savers
     over several other vendors.  Please feel free to
