Summary Statement Must be able to demonstrate an ability to consistently produce a quality product, and interact effectively with a project team. Essential for hire are design awareness and vocabulary, the development of technical skills, as well as an obvious and unrelenting enthusiasm for challenge, the product, and the design profession.

Education/Experience Minimum four year college degree in exhibit design, architecture, interior design, industrial design, graphic design, or equivalent. Two to five years work experience, including programming, design and technical production, and familiarity with production management process. Preferably, candidate should have some direct experience in interpretive design + planning.

Required Technical Skills The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated understanding of the components of planning and story design in an interpretive design setting. Must have demonstrated sketching, drafting, and graphic proficiency, and overall proficiency with computer and CADD, as well as demonstrated familiarity with contract document components, materials, construction modes, story delivery systems and approaches.
