Hi, Lisa,

Are you also going to have to look at things like lead paint abatement,
too?

Can anyone give me just a ball park figure of how much funding I would need
to just clean and fix up two antebellum churches? They are both
structurally sound and in very good condition. What would the high end and
low end cost estimates look like? The sq footage of the churches are:
2,270 and 2043. I can send j-pegs offline if they are needed.

Through cleaning of complete (floors, walls, doors & associated
hardware, windows & associated hardware, ceiling, pews, columns)
interior with appropriate mild cleansers that will not damage any
      materials present
Linseed oil treatment for the floors---at least 3 coats more if
      needed
Paint analysis and matching of new paint with original colors both
      interior and exterior
Check foundation for structural integrity repair/replace if needed
Check roof for wear and tear. Repair if possible, replace like with
      like if necessary.
Check for infestation of wasps/mud daubers exterminate with the most
      environmentally friendly chemicals possible
