Help from lace experts needed:
 
I need to find out whether the Needle and Bobbin Club (based in NY) still
exists, and if so what their address is.  The latest issue of their
bulletin I've been able to find a record of dates to the 1970's, and my
library only owns some very early (20's and 30's) issues.  Many thanks
to anyone with information.
