The funniest thing about this little exchange over "whom" is that my
(new to the Internet) mother-in-law was watching over my shoulder today,
as I attempted to demonstrate the dynamics of E-mail discussion groups.

I was just in the process of describing the type of knowledge and
contacts one could expect from these E-mails, when I happened to pop up
this great little exchange.

Actually, it was perfect, as it gave me the opportunity to give her an
example of "un-moderated" vs "moderated" lists.
